Footage emerges of crash scene allegedly caused by ex-UFC champ Jon Jones

“Well, he’s f**ked,” said one police officer at the scene.

A TELEVISION STATION in New Mexico has managed to get its hands on footage of the aftermath of a car accident which allegedly involved Ultimate Fighting Championship star Jon Jones.

The incident took place in Albuquerque a couple of weeks ago. Jones was later arrested on a felony charge of fleeing the scene of an accident involving death or personal injuries.

The 27-year-old is suspected to have driven through a red light before causing a collision in which a pregnant women suffered a broken arm. Jones was later released on bail but has since been suspended indefinitely by the UFC, who also stripped him of his light-heavyweight world title.

KOAT Action 7 News has released video footage of police arriving at the scene. As one officer rather aptly put it: “Well, he’s fucked.”

A district attorney must now decide if Jones’ case should be brought to a grand jury. The mixed martial arts star could potentially face up to three years behind bars.
