IF YOU WEREN’T already ridiculously excited for Ireland vs France tomorrow, the people at 3 have put together an ad so inspirational that it will make you want to dump tackle the nearest Frenchman.
I won’t give too much away except these two tidbits:
- Paul O’Connell boshes a rhino.
- Paul O’Connell BOSHES a bloody rhino!
Joe Schmidt comes across as an astute tactician rather than a master motivator but that speech ticked all the boxes. And between O’Connell and Schmidt you might have missed that Robbie Henshaw was squatting a flaming barbell. Pretty impressive for a young lad albeit a little reckless by the Irish management to allow it so close to a match.
Also, taking on a rhino – easier or harder than taking down Mathieu Bastareaud?
I hope Steve Kean is out of his misery there soon with a big pay off. Their fans sound like a right bunch.
