The Limerick owner’s racing manager Frank Berry told the Daily Mail that the confirmation will come in the next few days.
“Hopefully it will happen. It is just not finalised but it will be. There might be something during the week about it,” he said.
Geraghty has ridden for McManus in the past, most notably in 2014 when he rode Jezki to Champion Hurdle glory at Cheltenham.
