A STADIUM in the hometown of Jerry Collins – the All Black player who died in a crash in France last summer – is to be renamed in his honour this Friday.
34 year-old Collins was killed last June along with his wife when a bus crashed into their car in southern France.
Collins, who was capped 48 times for the All Blacks, made his international debut against Argentina in 2001 but his international career ended at just 26 when they lost to France in the quarter-finals of the 2007 World Cup in Cardiff.
