JAMES RYAN FEATURED for Munster’s development side today against Ireland’s U20s.

The Leinster man is on the way back from a hamstring injury and today’s Thomond Park clash provided valuable game time. The hosts held on for a 15-10 win.

The decision to slot the former Ireland U20s skipper into the Munster second row drops a big hint about Joe Schmidt’s summer plans with Ryan possibly set to feature in Ireland’s tour to Japan and the US.
