IRELAND’S SEAN O’BRIEN is one of four nominees on the shortlist for IRPA Try of the Year 2017.
O’Brien was the man to finish off a sensational team move in the Lions’ first Test against the All Blacks, a score that was instantly hailed as one of the best tries ever scored by the tourists.
Also nominated are Argentina’s Joaquin Tuculet, the Black Ferns’ Portia Woodman, and Georgian U20 scrum-half Gela Aprasidze for his wondertry against Ireland earlier this summer.
