Keiren Westwood 6 – Deputising for Darren Randolph, Westwood had to make an early fingertip save, but had little else to do before coming off at half-time.
Cyrus Christie 6 - The full-back, who could start against Serbia with Seamus Coleman a major doubt, got forward regularly and wasn’t troubled defensively by poor opposition.
Marc Wilson 5 - A return to the team after enduring a rough time through injuries, he did okay at centre-back but lost possession a couple of times and was booked for a reckless challenge.
Ciaran Clark 6 – A solid performance from Newcastle United’s Ciaran Clark, who will be favourite to get the nod against Serbia with John O’Shea an injury worry.
Robbie Brady 7 – Back at full-back tonight, the Dubliner opened the scoring with a superb first half free-kick and whipped in some good deliveries.
Stephen Quinn 6 – Busy as ever in midfield but probably didn’t do enough to force his way into the team.

Glenn Whelan 6 – Marshalled the midfield and was one of four substitutions made a half-time.
Harry Arter 8 - Good to see the Arter in a green shirt again. He was full of energy and comfortable on the ball thoughout — assisting Walters for his second goal.
Shane Long 6 – The Southampton man found himself out wide more often than not in a front three and ran the channels but was replaced at the break.
Robbie Keane 7 – On his big night, Keane got the goal he craved in the first half with a typically-classy finish, then was brought off on 56 minutes. We’ll miss him.
Jon Walters 8 - Two well-taken goal from the Stoke City man and he also set up Keane. Will be a key play for Ireland again in the upcoming campaign.
Substitutes
Darren Randolph 6 – Like Westwood, he was a bystander for the vast majority of his time on the pitch.
Stephen Ward 6 – Burnley’s defender was decent upon his introduction for Brady.
Jeff Hendrick 5 - Had a great chance to open his international account, but was thwarted by Al Rushaidi.
James McClean 7 - The winger worked hard to impose himself on the game
Wes Hoolahan 6 - Eager to make an impact after replacing Keane.
Callum O’Dowda 6 – Some nice touches and decent pass on his second senior appearance.
