Martin O’Neill and his Ireland players have this afternoon boarded their flight for France as the countdown to the team’s opening game continues.

Suited and booted, the players and management appeared to be in good spirits as they left Dublin for Versailles, where they will finalise preparations for Monday’s campaign opener against Sweden.
