6 mins – Australia bomb forward and Eddie Betts wins a behind. Hibbert nets a behind for the Aussies. Decent move that. Murphy responds with an over for Ireland.

A couple of overs for the Aussies, including one from Patrick Dangerfield which sends the Aussies into an 8-7 lead.

A wonderful finish there from Fyfe, who gave Niall Morgan no chance with that strike. At the far end McManus hits his fifth over for Ireland. We’ve 10 minutes to go in the third quarter.

After the moving quarter, Australia have taken up a commanding lead. Ireland have a big task on their hands now and they’re struggling all over the pitch.

The final quarter is underway. We’ve got 18 minutes to go in the first test.

Murphy kicks an over for Ireland, while Australia hit back with a behind at the far end. Pearce Hanley hasn’t featured for Ireland since he picked up a hand injury in the opening half. Niall Murphy and Enda Smith were ruled out due to that vomiting bug picked up in the Irish camp during the week.
