Jason Woodward made handling a bar of soap look easy.

BUCKETS AND BUCKETS of rain, combined with that infamous ‘Welly wind’ has set the skill difficult in this morning’s Super Rugby quarter-final to extreme.

Jason Woodward rose high and made the slippery ball stick in his hands before off-loading to Matt Proctor. He was dragged down short of the line, but within two phases Loni ‘The Bear’ Uhila rumbled over.

Within minutes, the ‘Canes were two tries to the good as TJ Perenara took full advantage of Lwazi Mvovo’s lapse of concentration behind a scrum and sent James Marshall sliding into the corner to make it 13 – 0.
