Henry Shefflin has called a press conference in Kilkenny tomorrow, what do you think it's about?

HENRY SHEFFLIN HAS called a press conference for noon tomorrow in Kilkenny where it seems likely he will bring the curtain down on a legendary inter-county hurling career.

Shefflin confirmed after last Tuesday’s All-Ireland club victory with Ballyhale Shamrocks that he would make a decision ‘within the next week’.

This afternoon it has been announced that Shefflin will make a statement to the media in the Set Theatre in The Langton Hotel in Kilkenny at 12pm tomorrow.

The smart money would suggest that Shefflin’s glittering career which has seen him win ten All-Ireland senior hurling medals and 11 Allstar awards will draw to a close.
