BOURNEMOUTH’S HARRY ARTER will make his first start of the season tonight against Liverpool in the Capital One Cup.

The influential Cherries midfielder, who picked up hip and groin injuries while making his Ireland debut against England over the summer, has been named in the starting line-up for the tie at Anfield by manager Eddie Howe.
Irish team-mate Eunan O’Kane is on the bench.
“It’s a game that I’ve looked at as one I can come back into and get some minutes in – I’m really excited,” Arter told Sky Sports pre-match.
It was tough over the summer but I’m glad it has been sorted and now I’m looking forward to playing.
“We will try to attack the game and win – you can only go through if you win the game. We will be trying to carry on the philosophy we have.”
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp, who is still looking for his first win, has made nine changes to the side which drew 1-1 with Southampton on Sunday.
