The Englishman has made history in Rio.

WITH GOLF BACK in the Olympic Games for the first time in 112 years, the opening round got underway in Rio this morning.

While Australia’s Marcus Fraser leads the way on seven under par, with Ireland’s Padraig Harrington six shots back after carding 70, Great Britain’s Justin Rose made history with a superb hole-in-one on the fourth.

He’s currently three under through six holes.
