Georgia held out until the 51st minute when Kamil Glik broke the deadlock and settled the visitors’ nerves.
The points were made safe with two goals in the space of two minutes, Grzegorz Krychowiak doubling Poland’s advantage in the 71st minute before Sebastian Mila made it 3-0.
Ajax striker Arkadiusz Milik completed the evening with a fourth deep into stoppage time.
Germany, Scotland and Ireland are all level on seven points after four games apiece.
