“He’s a fairly attack-minded winger, he’s bright, has got good feet, good technical ability and a good work-rate,” the Cherries’ youth team manager Carl Fletcher is quoted as saying.
Kilkenny is not the first Irish player to feature on the list, as last year, Boys in Green underage players James Finnerty (Aston Villa) and Kian Flanagan (Crystal Palace) were included.
Meanwhile, the 2014 list was notable for featuring Marcus Rashford, who has since gone on to establish himself in the Man United first team.
