Moran got the nod on The Sunday Game for his efforts as he saw off fellow nominees in Waterford teammates Jamie Barron and Pauric Mahony.
In the second game in Semple Stadium, Galway’s Daithi Burke was honoured as he was picked ahead of teammate David Burke and Clare’s Colm Galvin, who excelled in defeat.
