Here are the details for the Allianz Hurling League Division 1 final between Tipperary and Galway

The camogie league final has been handed a boost with a double-header set to take place at the Gaelic Grounds.

THE GAA HAVE confirmed the details for next weekend’s hurling league final between Galway and Tipperary.

The game takes place on Sunday 23 April in the Gaelic Grounds at 3.30pm.

It will be part of a double-header as the camogie league decider between Cork and Kilkenny will throw-in at 1.30pm in the same venue.

In the main event, Tipperary are aiming for their first league crown since 2009, while Galway last lifted the title in 2010.

The counties met in the All-Ireland semi-final in each of the last two years, with Galway prevailing by a point in 2015 and Tipperary sneaking through by the same margin last August.
