Dundalk to host Derry as FAI Cup comes to mouthwatering climax

Cup semi-finals to be played on the weekend of 2 October.

DERRY CITY STAND in the way of Dundalk and their double-double dream in the FAI Cup semi-finals.

Kenny Shiels’ side beat Wexford Youths last Friday night, but now they face a trip to Oriel Park and a meeting with the holders in the last four.

Cork City, who walloped Shamrock Rovers 5-0, will travel to St Pat’s in the other semi-final.

The ties will be played on the weekend of 2 October. Both games will be shown live on RTÉ.
