Non-league Sutton United handed dream FA Cup tie against Arsenal

The draw for the fifth round was made this evening.

ELEVEN-TIME FA Cup winners Arsenal will travel across London to face non-league Sutton United in the fifth round after the draw was made this evening.

The National League side beat Leeds United on Sunday to book their place in the last 16 and they were rewarded with a showpiece tie against Premier League opposition.

Lincoln City — the other non-league outfit left in the competition — will also go head-to-head with a top-flight side after being paired with Burnley.

There are no all Premier League ties with holders Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City all drawn away from home against lower league opposition.

Jose Mourinho’s side have a trip to Ewood Park to face Blackburn to look forward to while Chelsea go to Wolves and City to Huddersfield.

The ties will be played on the weekend of 18 February.

FA Cup fifth round draw:

  • Burnley v Lincoln City
  • Fulham v Tottenham Hotspur
  • Blackburn Rovers v Manchester United
  • Sutton United v Arsenal
  • Middlesbrough v Oxford United
  • Wolverhampton Wanderers v Chelsea
  • Huddersfield Town v Manchester City
  • Millwall v Derby County/Leicester City
