Bosnia's big names included for Euro 2016 play-off with Ireland

Manager Mehmed Bazdarevic has announced a 28-man squad for the two-legged tie against the Boys in Green.

BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA have named a strong squad for this month’s Euro 2016 play-off against Ireland.

The sides meet in Zenica on Friday, 13 November, before the return leg at the Aviva Stadium three days later, with one of the four remaining places at next years final’s in France up for grabs.

Manager Mehmed Bazdarevic has announced a 28-strong list with key players Edin Dzeko (Manchester City – on loan at Roma), Miralem Pjanic (Roma) and Asmir Begovic (Chelsea) all included as expected.

Everton midfielder Muhamed Besic features despite being suspended for the first leg, while 22-year-old Empoli winger Rade Krunic receives his first senior call-up.

Goalkeepers: Asmir Begović (Chelsea), Ibrahim Šehić (Qarabag), Jasmin Burić (Lech).

Defenders: Mensur Mujdža (Freiburg), Ermin Bičakčić (Hoffenheim), Emir Spahić (HSV), Toni Šunjić (Stuttgart), Marin Aničić (Astana), Edin Cocalić (Mechelen), Sead Kolašinac (Schalke 04), Ervin Zukanović (Sampdoria), Ognjen Vranješ (Gaziantepspor).

Midfielders: Miralem Pjanić (Roma), Srđan Grahovac (Rapid), Anel Hadžić (Sturm), Haris Medunjanin (Deportivo La Coruna), Tino Sven Sušić (Hajduk), Muhamed Bešić (Everton), Senad Lulić (Lazio), Sejad Salihović (Guizhou), Edin Višća (Basaksehir), Ermin Zec (Qabala), Izet Hajrović (Eibar).

Forwards: Edin Džeko (Roma), Armin Hodžić (Dinamo), Milan Đurić (Cesena), Vedad Ibišević (Hertha), Rade Krunić (Empoli).
