THERE WASN’T MUCH to shout about on the pitch this afternoon, so Ireland and England fans had to occupy themselves.

And after a week in which Irish football’s finances made headlines around the world, some reference to Fifa was expected from the away fans.

First we had this claim that Mr Blatter built us the Aviva Stadium.

And then there was the references to Thierry Henry:
