'Carragher is a s**t, a f**king loser & Gerrard killed Liverpool by slipping against Chelsea'

Former Reds’ player El-Hadji Diouf has launched an extraordinary attack on a pair of club icons.

FORMER LIVERPOOL PLAYER El Hadji Diouf has described ex-team-mate Jamie Carragher as a ‘fucking loser’ while he’s hit out at Steven Gerrard too in an expletive-filled interview.

Speaking to So Foot magazine, the controversial figure, who spent three seasons on Merseyside and won a League Cup with the team in 2003, took exception to the comments Carragher made about him in his autobiography.

“In all my years at Anfield, I have never met a player who cared less about winning or losing”, Carragher wrote.

And Diouf has seemingly never got over the criticism.

“The difference between Jamie [Carragher] and me is that I am a world-class player and he is a shit,” he said.

The type of shit that writes a book and mentions me all the time. Me, in my book, he does not warrant one phrase: he’s a fucking loser.”

The former Senegalese international also had plenty to say about Steven Gerrard, who has previously named Diouf as his least favourite Liverpool signing.

“When I arrived at Liverpool, seeing as I just did what I wanted, he thought that I did not respect the club”, he said.

But he downright killed his team by slipping against Chelsea. If Liverpool has never won the Premier League, it’s no accident. What goes around, comes around.

I carried the national team for many years, 14 million fans on my shoulders. When we won, it was thanks to me, when we lost, it was my fault. What I represented for Senegal, he [Gerrard] never managed 100th of that for England. He has never done anything in the World Cup or the Euros.”
