Hartley set for hearing tomorrow over Sean O'Brien strike

England skipper Dylan Hartley will be informed this week how long he will serve in his latest suspension.

ENGLAND CAPTAIN DYLAN Hartley will find out tomorrow, Wednesday, how much of a part he can play in England’s defence of their Six Nations title next year.

The England captain was shown a red card for striking Sean O’Brien on the head with a swinging arm after coming off the bench in Northampton Saints’ European Champions Cup defeat to Leinster on Friday.

Hartley could face a lengthy ban given he has been found guilty of a host of offences during a chequered career in which he has served 54 weeks’ suspension.

The 30-year-old is set for an independent hearing to discover the duration of his latest ban.

England begin their Six Nations campaign with a clash against France at Twickenham on February 4.
