DUNDALK’S CHAMPIONS LEAGUE tie with Rosenborg is in the balance after their 1-1 draw at home this week.
But if the League of Ireland champions get past the Norwegian side, they could face the prospect of taking on Celtic in the next round.
The Lilywhites have been drawn to face Brendan Rodgers’ side or Linfield in the third qualifying round should they make it.
The first leg is scheduled to be played on 25/26 July, with the second game the following week, on 1/2 August.
Man Utd are scheduled to play Sampdoria at the Aviva Stadium on 2 August.
The Bhoys play Linfield in Belfast this evening in the first leg of their second round clash.
