DUBLIN MANAGER JIM Gavin has named a strong team for tomorrow’s Allianz League semi-final showdown with Donegal at Croke Park.
Gavin has made 11 changes from the side which defeated Roscommon last weekend as the big guns – including Bernard Brogan, Diarmuid Connolly, Paul Flynn, Paddy Andrews, and Ciaran Kilkenny – all return.
The only four players to be retained from the Dubs’ 1-13 to 1-12 win in Carrick-on-Shannon are David Byrne, Dean Rock, Brian Fenton, and Eric Lowndes.
Former U21 star Lowndes is preferred to Cian O’Sullivan at centre back while captain Stephen Cluxton returns between the posts.
