Dublin champions Cuala drawn against Lucan Sarsfields for Parnell double-header

The semi-finals will take place on 16 October.

DEFENDING CHAMPIONS CUALA will face Lucan Sarsfields in the semi-final of this year’s Dublin senior hurling championship.

The Dalkey club needed extra-time to see off Ballyboden in last Friday’s quarter-final tie but safely advanced to the last four to keep their title defence alive.

The four-time winners will now meet Sarsfields at Parnell Park on 16 October with the other semi-final seeing O’Toole’s go head-to-head with Kilmacud Crokes for a place in the decider.

Crokes, who last won the championship in 2014, were comfortable winners over Craobh Chiaráin in the last round while O’Toole’s saw off Crumlin.

The Dublin board have yet to finalise the throw-in times.
