12 DAYS AFTER the All-Ireland football final, the Dublin senior football championship is scheduled to kick back into gear with a few very enticing fixtures on the cards.
Providing the Dublin-Mayo decider doesn’t go to a replay, Parnell Park will host the quarter-finals on 29 and 30 September and a host of Jim Gavin’s squad are set to be involved.

2016 finalists Castleknock, led by Ciaran Kilkenny, face a Kilmacud Crokes side boasting Paul Mannion and Cian O’Sullivan.
Paddy Andrews will go head-to-head with county team-mates James McCarthy, Philly McMahon, John Small and Dean Rock as St Brigid’s and Ballymun Kickhams clash, while Kevin McManamon’s St Jude’s meet a Cuala outfit that features Michael Fitzsimons and Con O’Callaghan.
In the other quarter-final reigning champions St Vincent’s play St Sylvesters.
