Would you just look at the outfit comedian David O'Doherty wore to cast his vote

Vintage adidas Copa Mundial trainers and those stripy green socks – a winning combination.

IN THE BUILD-UP to today’s seminal referendum, voters were warned not to wear any badge or emblem that might indicate how they were going to vote but that wasn’t going to stop David O’Doherty showing his colours.

The comedian wore his most ‘patriotic gear’ of an Irish Olympic tracksuit, shorts, shin pads and those stripy green and white socks everyone had as a kid. Plus, a pair of vintage adidas Copa Mundial trainers completed the look.
