WEST HAM ARE looking into allegations that two of their players were drunk in London yesterday afternoon.

After attending a team-bonding night out on Monday, Ireland goalkeeper Darren Randolph and English striker Andy Carroll were allegedly spotted in London on Tuesday wearing the same clothes.

Carroll, who is currently sidelined with an injury, sent a couple of bizarre tweets about throwing parties “back in the day” as well as one showing the screen of his phone smashed, which led to responses asking whether had had been drinking.

A Hammers spokesperson said in brief statement they will be investigating their behaviour, reports RTÉ Sport.

The club will be looking into these allegations and will deal with the players as we see fit.”

West Ham have endured a difficult start to the season and sit 18th in the Premier League table after earning just three points from their opening six matches.
