ULSTER SECOND ROW Dan Tuohy is in talks with English Premiership side Bristol over a possible return to his hometown club.
The 11-time capped Ireland international has struggled with injuries in recent seasons and is now set to end his six-year stay with the northern province.
Ulster assistant coach Allen Clarke told BBC Northern Ireland that Tuohy ‘is in communications with other options and is going through due process at the moment.’

Tuohy only returned to first team action in October after ankle ligament damage kept him sidelined for almost a year.
The Bristol-born lock moved to Ulster from Exeter in 2009 but was already Irish-qualified at that stage and made his Ireland debut in June 2010 during the summer tour of New Zealand under Declan Kidney
“He has been fantastic for us but has had a frustrating couple of years because of injury,” Clarke said.
“I remember him as a young man arriving and what he has developed into – that experience is precious.
“But if he is to move on, it opens up an avenue for someone else and we’ve got some good young locks in Ulster.”
Tuohy’s last international cap came in the World Cup warm-up against Scotland in August 2015.
