In Division 1B of the Allianz Hurling League, Limerick have hammered Laois by 6-29 to 1-12 at the Gaelic Grounds. We’ll have a report from that game very soon.
To Páirc Uí Rinn in Cork, where the hosts desperately need a victory against Kilkenny. A fourth straight defeat for Cork in the League this year will condemn to a relegation playoff, while a Kilkenny victory would cement a top four place. That’s a notable turnaround for the Cats, who had to preserve their Division 1A status last year by defeating Clare in a playoff.
