Cork 0-4 Dublin 0-1
Cork looking good in the early exchanges as Patrick Horgan turns his man and cracks over a point off his left. Dublin get a chance to reply when David Treacy lines up a free at halfway but his shot drifts wide.

Big goal chance for Dublin as the ball breaks kindly for Treacy and he runs through unopposed but his low shot is straight at Anthony Nash and the Cork goalkeeper does well to make the save. Durbin gets a chance to point for Dublin but his shot tails wide. Cork still three to the good.

Cork 0-5 Dublin 0-2
And Cork are having little problem in the accuracy stakes so far as Conor Lehane flights over a point. Dublin do cancel that one out immediately through Danny Sutcliffe.

Cork 0-6 Dublin 0-2
Aidan Walsh is felled near his own ’65 and Patrick Horgan comes outfield to fire over a fine long-distance score from the resultant free.

Cork 0-8 Dublin 0-2
Great teamwork by Cork with the ball moved up the right flank from Stephen McDonnell to Patrick Horgan and when it makes its way to Rob O’Shea, he slots over a splendid point from play. Then Alan Cadogan is fouled, Horgan pops over the free and Cork go six clear.

Cork 0-8 Dublin 0-3
Treacy knocks over a free to cut the deficit Dublin face to five.

Cork 0-9 Dublin 0-3
Daniel Kearney with Cork’s latest point. Six Cork players now on the scoresheet.

Cork 0-10 Dublin 0-3
Luke O’Farrell does well to get the ball out of a scrum of players, find the space and bang over his second point of the game.

Cork 0-11 Dublin 0-3
Nothing going right for Dublin at the moment. A wayward crossfield ball goes straight to Rob O’Shea and he has plenty time to pick off his third point of the evening.

Cork 0-12 Dublin 0-3
A Patrick Horgan free extends Cork’s lead to nine.

Cork 0-13 Dublin 0-4
Better from Dublin as Shane Durkin is on target with a neat point. But then Niall McMorrow is blown for over carrying – it looked harsh – and Horgan makes no mistake from the free.

Here’s what happened when Christopher Joyce injured himself in the early stages.

Horgan sends Cork eleven clear after a foul on Daniel Kearney. Cork in complete control and Dublin are struggling badly to recapture the form of their opening two rounds.

Cork 0-16 Dublin 0-4
Luke O’Farrell’s really caught the eye in the first-half for Cork. He’s just hit his third point, a lovely effort off his right from close to the Hogan Stand sideline.

Sub: Dublin try to get things going by making a change. Paul Ryan comes on for Mark Schutte.

Cork 0-18 Dublin 0-4

Cork 0-21 Dublin 0-8
Aidan Walsh is fouled and Horgan slots the free but McMorrow replies with a Dublin point. Cork’s dominance has been staggering in this first-half.

Half-Time: Cork 0-21 Dublin 0-8

Cork in complete control at the interval as they hold a 13-point advantage. Can Dublin fight back in the second-half? We’ll be back shortly to find out.

So what points total do we think Cork could reach? They’ve struck 25 already and there’s 23 minutes of normal time left.

Ger Cunningham becoming a bit more animated on the Dublin sideline since half-time. He’s not happy with some of Dublin’s play, considering how good their form has been in the opening two rounds against Tipperary and Kilkenny.

Cork 0-25 Dublin 0-15
Paul Ryan’s been a bright spot for Dublin since being brought on and he’s notched another two points, a good effort from the Cusack Stand side from play and then he converts a free after being fouled himself. He’s struck 0-6 since coming in to the game.

Interesting point…

Cork 0-26 Dublin 0-15
Excitement amongst the Dublin fans as Liam Rushe gathers the ball but he’s fouled as he charges towards goal. Paul Ryan tries to hit the net past a crowded Cork goalmouth from the resultant free but the shot is blocked by Mark Ellis. Then Millstreet defender Ellis steps up to fire over a long-distance point.
