Cork City secure date with Fulham at Turner's Cross

John Caulfield’s side are currently on a mid-season break in Portugal.

CORK CITY HAVE announced that they will take on Fulham in a friendly game in July.

Last season’s SSE Airtricity League and FAI Cup runners-up will host the English Championship outfit at Turner’s Cross on 9 July.

The Cottagers, who are currently managed by Slavisa Jokanovic, finished 20th in the Championship last season and will spend nine days in Cork as part of their pre-season preparations before heading off to Portugal.

Cork City are currently in Portugal for a mid-season training camp at the Algarve’s Colina Verde golf and sports resort ahead of the second half of the season.

John Caulfield’s side resume SSE Airtricity League action on 24 June away to Shamrock Rovers.
