Conor McGregor has broken into the UFC's Pound-for-Pound list for the first time

The interim featherweight champion takes his place among the best in the game.

CONOR MCGREGOR IS now ranked among the UFC’s top Pound-for-Pound fighters following his win over Chad Mendes.

The Notorious sensationally stopped Mendes in the dying seconds of the second round to clinch the interim featherweight title on Saturday night.

As a result, McGregor moves into the P4P list for the first time and is ranked 14th.

The man he is likely to face next, champion Jose Aldo, remains at number 1 while Robbie Lawler, who defended his welterweight title in a war against Rory MacDonald at UFC 189, is eighth.
