Conor McGregor up to fourth in UFC's featherweight rankings after Boston win

The Irishman beat Denis Siver on Sunday night.

CONOR MCGREGOR’S RISE continues.

The SBG fighter is up to fourth in the UFC’s featherweight rankings this morning.

McGregor won his much-hyped fight with Dennis Siver in Boston within two rounds on Sunday night.

He will now face champion Jose Aldo in Las Vegas in May.

McGregor leapfrogs Cub Swanson who’s down to fifth while the top three remains Ricardo Lamas, Frankie Edgar and No 1 Chad Mendes.

Aldo is the second-ranked pound-for-pound fighter in the organisation behind light heavyweight champ Jon Jones, who recently tested positive for cocaine.
