McGregor has opted to base his training camp in Vegas and has brought many of his SBG team-mates out there to stay at a 12,000 square foot estate — ‘Mac Mansion’, as he calls it.
The Ultimate Fighter gym has been playing host to McGrgegor’s training sessions, and he opened it up to the media — who are in town for this weekend’s UFC 187 card — last night.
McGregor said: “I left Dublin with my team, the fight is in Las Vegas, it’s desert air out here, the clock is different out here, you must get accustomed to it.
“We are in a position where we can come out here, set up shop in a big house, fly everyone from back home out here. People who have been with me from day one are here, I look around and see only familiar faces.”
