Never one to do things by halves, the Dubliner has posted an Instagram video of himself lashing through a set of sit-ups — while hanging upside with his legs wrapped around a punching bag.
The accompanying caption reads: “That’s light work.”
Maybe to him it is, but we’re getting tired just watching that.
