CONOR MCGREGOR HASN’T hired a boxing trainer for his upcoming fight with Floyd Mayweather, and won’t be doing so as the fight nears.
Instead, his old partners in crime John Kavanagh and ‘Rowdy’ Owen Roddy will combine with ‘The Notorious’ in an attempt to defile the legacy of Mayweather, a five-weight world champion yet to taste defeat in a 49-fight career which has spanned over two decades.
Speaking to The42, Kavanagh explained he and McGregor’s decision not to hire a specialised boxing trainer for the 26 August contest in Las Vegas.
