UFC fighter who called McGregor a 'potato picker' now says Aldo will 'knock the snot' out of him

Do you think Clay Guida might be angling for a big-money fight?

YOU KNOW YOU’VE got a big target on your back when a fellow UFC fighter says “I’m not talking about that guy” before going on to do exactly that.

Clay Guida — who fights Thiago Tavares at UFC Fight Night this weekend — has previously tried to launch a feud with Conor McGregor by calling the interim featherweight champion a “potato picker.”

Now, ahead of Fight Night 77 in Sao Paulo, Guida says that he’ll step into the octagon with McGregor after Aldo beats him and fight him “until he don’t want to fight no more.”

“I’m not talking about Conor McGregor,” said Guida.

“Everyone else is. That guy doesn’t do nothing for me. Yeah, he can fight but he hasn’t fought anyone that was ready for a fight.

“He caught Chad Mendes on two weeks notice. You give someone like myself or Chad or Frankie (Edgar) a solid training camp and you won’t be talking about Conor McGregor any more.

“I think Aldo’s going to knock the snot out of him.

“I hope he leg kicks him so Conor can’t walk and, once Conor heals up, I’m going to kick him in the face until he can’t walk and punch and wrestle him until he don’t want to fight any more.”
