PENALTY TO WEXFORD! Very, very harsh on Clare. Liam Óg McGovern goes down but the replays show that Brendan Bugler got his hurl across and flicked the ball away cleanly. Referee Conor McAllister gave that from miles back and it looks like he got it wrong.
