He might not be the most vocal man, but what he does on the pitch inspires others and when he speaks, the team listen.
“I said to Chris, ‘just be yourself, there is no need to change’ and I am confident he will take it in his stride. He played an awful lot of games last year with the Irish season into a full Football League campaign, so he will be able to cope with this league season no problem.”

After a superb debut season in England, there's more good news for Chris Forrester
CHRIS FORRESTER ENJOYED an excellent debut season with Peterborough United but his second looks set to be even better.
The 23-year-old former Bohemians and St. Patrick’s Athletic player has been named as the Posh skipper for the new campaign.
He made 32 appearances in all competitions for the League One outfit, scoring twice, while he dazzled during a televised FA Cup tie with West Brom in February.
