Dundalk have been handed a tough draw in the Champions League qualifiers

The Lilywhites will play Belarusian outfit BATE Borisov in a two-legged tie.

SSE AIRTRICITY LEAGUE Premier Division champions Dundalk have been drawn with BATE Borisov in the Champions League second round qualifying.

The Belerusian champions, who have been regulars in the Champions League and Europa League over the past six years, are likely to prove stiff opposition for the Lilywhites.

Elsewhere, Celtic will face Stjarnan of Iceland over two legs. The ties will take place on the 14/15 & 21/22 July.

This afternoon, St Patrick’s Athletic, Shamrock Rovers, Cork City and UCD will all learn their fate when the Europa League draw takes place.
