CELTIC BOOKED THEIR place in the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup this afternoon, but only after an early scare.

The Hoops hosted St Mirren, currently rock bottom of Scotland’s second tier, at Parkhead and fell behind to a Harry Davis goal on 13 minutes.

Brendan Rodgers’ side went into the half-time break still trailing, but scored four times after the interval.

Mikael Lustig headed home from a Patrick Roberts free-kick on 58 minutes, before Scott Sinclair produced a stunning finish just seconds later.
