THEY MIGHT BE currently in the bottom half of the SSE Airtricity League First Division table, but Cabinteely are certainly setting the pace when it comes to generating publicity.
The League of Ireland’s newest club have made a clever attempt to attract the attention of Manchester City star Yaya Toure, who’s being linked with a move away from the Etihad Stadium at the end of the season.
Toure is celebrating his 32nd birthday today, so Cabinteely decided to use Twitter to send their best wishes to the Ivorian. Last year, Toure’s agent claimed that the midfielder wanted to leave City because the club forgot all about his birthday.
