Brisbane Broncos go coast-to-coast for thrilling rugby league try

There was a classic team try in the NRL this weekend.

WITH THE CANBERRA Raiders hammering their line in yesterday’s NRL clash at GIO Stadium, the Brisbane Broncos were suddenly presented with a counter-attacking chance from a loose offload.

Darius Boyd scooped the ball up and combined with Ben Hunt down the right, the latter then sending a delightful kick infield as space ran out near the touchline.

Anthony Milford, Alex Glenn and Lachlan Maranta did the rest to finish a super team try after the hooter.

The Broncos went on to secure a 24-12 victory that leaves them second in the NRL ladder behind the Dragons, who hammered the Sharks 42-6 this weekend.

If the Brisbane outfit can keep attacking like they did for this stunning score, they might just creep above the Dragons sooner rather than later.
