BRAY WANDERERS ENDED their four game losing streak as Trevor Croly’s tenure got off to a winning start with a shock victory over one of his former clubs.
After St Patrick’s Athletic dominated much of the contest, they were punished for spurning several opportunities when Peter McGlynn landed the decisive blow with a quarter remaining.
It is the Saints’ third defeat of the season and they’re now 13 points behind leaders Dundalk as Liam Buckley’s side fall further behind the European berths.

The visitors improved as the game wore on but were unable to penetrate a dogged Seagulls rearguard as the hosts found a renewed sense of life following the appointment of Croly on a two-year deal.
