Billy Holland is the latest Munster player to sign a new contract

Lock staying with Munster until the summer of 2018.

BILLY HOLLAND HAS committed his future to Munster with a new two-year deal.

Hot on the heels of extensions for Keith Earls and Conor Murray, Holland has agreed a new contract which will keep him at the province until June 2018.

The lock, 30, made his Munster debut back in 2007 and has gone on to make 120 appearances.

“Billy is one of the most experienced guys in the squad and has always stood up as one of our leaders and decision makers, especially in recent seasons,” coach Anthony Foley said.

“Billy’s work ethic and determination is second to none and it will be great to have his astute rugby knowhow on the field in the seasons ahead.”
