THE ALL BLACKS’ season ended with Saturday’s victory over France in Paris, but before they got to go home, they popped across the border to honour some Adidas commitments in Germany.

We’re seriously glad they did, because the mix of fine German beer and Kiwis in need of a season-ending night out has delivered this superb footage of World Rugby Player of the Year Beauden Barrett leading a… ahem, spirited rendition of Ireland’s Call with captain Kieran Read, Israel Dagg and Aaron Smith also among the chorus line.

The two Test matches against Ireland this month may have ended on a sour note with two New Zealand players cited and one suspended, but that’s no reason not to bellow a rival’s anthem when the room demands it.
