WITH THE PREMIER League celebrating its 25th anniversary, the BBC decided to choose their all-time Best XI.
Four Match of the Day regulars were part of the decision-making process: Gary Lineker, Ian Wright, Danny Murphy and Alan Shearer and we already knew their choice of goalkeeper and four-man defence after those decisions were revealed last week.
Earlier tonight, they unveiled the remainder of the team. And, it’s certainly an interesting choice.

There’s no Roy Keane or Patrick Vieira. Instead, the central midfield partnership sees Frank Lampard alongside Steven Gerrard.
Elsewhere, Cristiano Ronaldo is included alongside Ryan Giggs while Shearer himself gets the nod up front, as does Thierry Henry.
Denis Irwin also misses out as Ashley Cole is preferred at left-back.
Seven English internationals, one Welshman, one Portuguese, one Frenchman and a Dane.
