Jackson Martinez's first goal for Atletico Madrid was an absolute peach

The Colombian striker came off the bench to score from 25 yards in their 3-0 win over Sevilla tonight.

ATLETICO MADRID CLAIMED a 3-0 victory over Sevilla at the Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán, with new striker Jackson Martinez scoring for the first time.

The Colombian hitman, who joined Atleti from Porto for €35 million over the summer, replaced Fernando Torres on 78 minutes and didn’t take long to get off the mark. Martinez played a neat one-two with Antoine Griezmann before unleashing a powerful drive from 25 yards.

Koke and Gabi were also on the scoresheet for Diego Simeone’s men, who have two wins from two so far.
